Team Xbox posted it's comments on the leaked Xbox 2 hardware specs. While they won't guarantee that the specs are final, at least we can get a peek at what's planned:
(3) 3.5GHZ IBM 64-bit processors
256MB RAM
ATI graphics chip based on R520 (Fudo) architecture
DirectX10 w/support for DirectX9
No word on the hard drive, or whether backward compataibility with Xbox games will make the final cut.
