Like Rob, I got bitten by NewsGator's tendency to overwrite subscription information. I just installed NG into my Outlook on this machine, and I specified my Online Services account info in a dialog which should sync up this installation with my OPML lists which contain some 400 blogs. Instead it wipes it all out and leaves only the NewsGator default feed! That's on ALL THE LOCATIONS and all the editions!! Yah, I could (and have) backed up my OPML file but thats what I pay my damn monthly feed to NG Online Services to do for me and synchronize mulltiple locations so that when I read with the browser at work, I don't have to read the same posts at home in Outlook. Now it's all blown away. Screw this. I'm on to Omea which many people have recomended and I have been using and liking better anyway.
