I was very hard on the VB.NET about the dropping of refactoring support from Whidbey. So I was very happy to see them make the right decision and bundle my fave and current tool of choice, Refactor! from the good folks at Developer Express. I  am already using their CodeRush tool together with Refactor! on a .NET code base in the tens of thousands of lines of code and I would say I actually love the refactoring support better in Refactor! than in Whidbey or Resharper. It's easier to use, it takes less keystrokes and no dumb dialogs, just refactor in place. Bravo VB.NET team for the right decision!
