Oh, man. The Party with Palermo was great. I finally decided to leave the Peabody (famous for their ducks - yes the person herds the ducks into the ELEVATOR to take them to their evening resting place)
around 1AM with Dave Donaldson and James Avery, who made the ride home extremely interesting. Check out James' moblog, which contains all sorts of TechEd pictures (yes I was posing in my pics, no the sunglasses are NOT the normal ones! Some of the pics are from later Sunday.). I got to meet all sorts of great people: see Jeff Palermo's list, which is much more complete than mine ever could be. I'm the pimp in the blue shirt just to the left of Palermo (front and center, soldier). It was fun watching Christian Weyer try out American beer (he's German). And Scott Bellware was far more entertaining in a crude sort of way than I thought. :)
