David Hayden's put together an excellent chapter-by-chapter review of Agile Software Development (Amazon).  Subject areas include:

  • The Open-Closed Principle
  • Liskov Substitution Principle
  • Single-Responsibility Principle

Looks like a great book.  I'm planning on getting it based on his posts...
