Einige Bilder der ersten Bergtour in Italien. Die Pässekombination Timmelsjoch (Höhe 2509 m) - Jaufenpass (Höhe: 2094 m) - Penser Joch verbindet das Eisacktal mit dem Passeier Tal. Der Jaufenpass ist der nördlichste inner-italienische Alpenpass und liegt somit im Herzen Südtirols. Im Norden ragen die mächtigen Ötztaler Alpen empor, im Süden die ebenso weitläufigen Sarntaler Alpen. Umgeben wird der Jaufenpass von den Bergen Jaufenspitz (2483 m) und Saxner (2359 m) sowie von dem breiten Ratschingstal.

   

   

Das Wetter war einfach himmlisch ... und die Luft kühl und frisch.
