patterns & practices has released the long named WS-I Basic Security Profile 1.0 Sample Application: Preview release for the .NET Framework version 1.1. It's an end-to-end sample that uses Enterprise Library blocks as well as demonstrating how to build security and interoperable web services based on the WS-I group's basic and security profiles. It's built with .NET 1.1 and WSE 2.0; a version for .NET 2.0 and WSE 3.0 should be out shortly.
