After a final push through dev and test, we released the Composite UI Application Block (CAB) today. This is a major milestone for the project, since it's our first release onto MSDN. Make sure to stop by our GotDotNet workspace if you have questions or suggestions. (The MSDN page will be live tomorrow morning. You can download the CAB package tonight from the GotDotNet site.)

We feature froze on the 15th and committed to fixing bugs for the rest of the month. For the last week, we've been in bug killing mode, often sitting at zero bugs until the tester found more (which we usually killed only minutes after getting them). The whole team kicked major butt, so thank you everybody for the hard work. As the new guy on the team, I didn't contribute nearly as much as everybody else, but I'm damn proud of the bits you're getting today from :p&p:.

The project really kicked off in mid-February; it's the end of June and we're delivering a major release. The final release should go out around the time-frame of Whidbey, and we have a lot more planned to get done between now and then!
