I am mostly taking the week off with my family and the Rob Caron supplied VPC is working great, but I had to install Win2K3 Server on my dual boot for other reasons and I figured that I would go with the June Yukon and VSTS CTPs for the heck of it. Of course I follow the VSTS/TFS directions and I install Win2K3 SP1 and install AD and make the machine a DC as it says and I kept getting error messages like:
"SQL Server Setup was unable add user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE to local group SQLServer2005MSSQLServerADHelp­erUser".

Well, Microsoft has confirmed this as a known issue and are working on it. The thing is that VSTS/TFS is dependent on this and this is a huge issue if you can't install on a DC.
