Oh, great joy, Microsoft is going to change the name of Longhorn today in an announcement. Scoble says, “Tomorrow there'll be a Longhorn announcement at 6 a.m. PDT in the morning tomorrow. I can't tell you until then what's up, but the information will be on this URL then.” Gee, I have written a program to poll that site with baited breath, haven't you? Meanwhile, Mary Jane Foley says, “Sources say Microsoft is set to unveil the official name of Longhorn on Friday. And the word on the street is that name will be "Windows Vista."”
