The Microsoft Inters Video: "Five Microsoft interns decided to "celebrate" the end of their time at the software giant by making a wonderfully dorky music video."

Based on the fact that they made a video, and the waterfall seen early in the video is from the building 25 cafeteria, my guess is... MSNBC interns. :) Chris Anderson has an explanation of a couple of the inside jokes.
