On a personal note, I such a proud father of my 7 and 1/2 year old son Jonathan, as we watched him move from Purple Belt to Blue Sash rank in Karate! Of particular note, he and others held a Horse Stance position for over 5 minutes. As the Instructor noted, many adults would drop screaming after 2 minutes. Congrats Jonathan!
