Dave and I are looking for a good UI Designer for our current project, are you one? Or do you know one? Here is a description of what we need:

Well, we're at a point now where we could really use an expert in the UI area. I'm not talking about just a fonts & colors person. I'm talking about someone who is more of an interaction designer. Someone who will work closely with business analysts to fully understand the business tasks/processes in order to design proper UI workflow and behavior. This is a large-scale ASP.NET app, so the person must have somewhat of an understanding of the stateless nature of the web. This person will also need good design skills (obviously) as we'll look to them to help define the overall look and feel of the app. Another thing we'll look for this person to do is screen mockups (lots of them), so a good working knowledge of HTML is required. And of course, if you know ASP.NET and C# that's a big plus.”

Drop me an email through my contact form if you are interested. (This would be on-site in Cincinnati, OH)

-James
