Go to Microsoft Beta Place (https://beta.microsoft.com) and log in with your Microsoft Passport network account.
In the menu bar, click Sign in as Guest, and type the following Guest ID: BizTalkBetaTeam; Click OK.
Under Program Info, click Survey, and complete/submit the BizTalk Server 2006 Open Beta Nomination Form.
You will receive an email welcoming you to the BizTalk Server 2006 Beta Program.
