At the upcoming VS2005 launch here in Israel on 12.12 I'll be heading a cabana session on architecture, specifically:

RPC or Messaging – which holds the future of SOA?

In this session, we will debate these contrasting architectural styles showing the strengths and weaknesses of each. Be prepared for deep architectural thinking while we examine how to map the tenets of SOA to their technological implications (Web services and their enhancements, looking forwards to Indigo – WCF). While you probably won’t leave this session with any answers, you definitely will leave with a lot of questions. Questions that have been stumbled upon in large-scale, mission-critical projects. Questions that should have been asked at the beginning of those projects. Questions that you should ask about your projects.

The session will be from 13:45 to 15:00. Hope to see you there.
