After keeping with the original design for over a year, I thought, why wait for spring to do some spring cleaning?
I've gotten rid of that pesky calendar (does anyone use those for navigation anyway?), moved the search and the newsletter signup to the lower banner bar, moved some of the pictures around, and put together a list of the most popular posts and articles.
Take a look and tell me what you think. I'd be happy to hear of more things I can do to improve the usability of the site.
