You can download my presentation and Northwind example from the recent Code Camp over here. Northwind is completely mapped but I don't have all the UI and tests in place yet. Oh, and if you are in Columbus no peeking because I am going to do this talk there in February. The presentation doesn't have much in it, I used a stripped down style without very many bullet points.
Thanks to Scott Bellware for the Repository class that I ganked from his presentation over here, I did add some new methods that take advantage of generics but most of the code is his.
