Knowledge Network is the social networking add-on for SharePoint that identifies "who knows what" / "who knows who". The roadmap for KN has now been revealed:
  • A Technical Preview version will be released in the first half of 2007. This will be available to customers as a web download at no additional cost and will include documentation and community support
  • The KN functionality is likely to be a fully supported and integral part of the next version of Office.
