1. If you can not stay for the whole talk, skip the session. (or at least sit in the back)
2. If you can not miss a phone call, skip the session. No excuses. Placing your phone on vibrate and then getting up and leaving is not an option.
3. If you can not make it on time, skip it. (or stand on the side).

Brad Moore gave a very good talk  on Tips and Tricks on building managed components.  I know it was the first talk and people are still feeling things out, but way to many people showed up way after the talk started, moved about for phone calls and attempted to leave while Brad was finishing stuff up. Extremely rude on all parts.
