Well, actually this is not just for CLR Wonks like myself. I have always highly encouraged people to read the ECMA CLI Partition Specs and made this all a centerpiece of my latest INETA talk. Now, they have come out in book form compiled annotated by Dr. Jim Miller of the CLR Team. You need this book. This is the key to understanding the CLR and all of .NET and will make you a better .NET programmer.
