Am 13. Juni 2007 wurde MonoDevelop in der Version 0.14 veröffentlicht.

- Refactory operations
- New Open Solution File Dialog

Zusätzlich zu diesen und weiteren Features wurden 92 Bugs beseitigt.

Erster Eindruck


Natürlich kann MonoDevelop mit Visual Studio 2005 nicht mithalten. Dennoch haben sich in den letzten Versionen einige neue und gute Features eingefunden. Das Entwickeln unter Mono auf einem Nicht-Windows-System wird dadurch sicherlich wesentlich einfacher. Wer sich für Mono interessiert und dieses auch einsetzt, der sollte sich auf jeden Fall MonoDevelop in der aktuellen Version ansehen.
