Johanna Rothman keeps two blogs that I know of: Managing Product Development and Hiring Technical People . Both are excellent blogs that talk about totally different facets of our technology world. Today I read a post that talks about 'Timed writing”. Looks like an excellent way to drive your real article idea out there and then refining it. It's all about setting the mind with limits so that you can think “in a time box” that lets you extract merely the essence of what you want to express. Then you write it in a bigger time box and the results seem to be very creative indeed.

I'm not sure how to start, but I'm going to try it myself.
