The Furrygoat points to a reg file that allows to to change you F-Lock key (found on the new MS keyboards) to be set to “normal” by default (right now when you boot you have to manually remember and flip it to “on” , if you even remember to realize why you F keys aren't working like they should).

Since I just got the MS natural multimedia keyboard recently, this “feature” certainly got me several times already. Now it's gone. Thank god.
