Laut Sony Entertainment ist Home in wenigen Stunden (11.12.2008) für weltweit verfügbar. Zwar bleibt Home noch immer im Beta-Stadium, nichts desto trotz kann es nun von jedem Playstation3-Benutzer verwendet werden.

Das Warten hat also ein Ende (zumindest für diejenigen, die nicht an der closed Beta teilnehmen konnten).
