Silverlight 3 just shipped! 3 is so much bigger than 2. See Scott's post announcing the release to web (RTW) and outlining the major features.

Microsoft.com/silverlight gets a facelift. Goodbye dusk (theme), hello dawn. Be sure to check out the overview of Silverlight 3 there.
