I am wondering if anyone else has seem this. All of a sudden, actually right after I installed Spam Bully on Outlook 2003 in addition to NewsGator and Plaxco (actually it was right after installing the latest Win2K3 security patch), Win2K3 started to have CRSS.EXE, which is of course, the Client Server Runtime Subsystem, provides text window support, shutdown, and hard-error handling to the Windows NT environment subsystems,.spike to 99% or 100% cpu and essentially freeze the machine. I, of course, de-installed all three but the problem remains. It looks like it is isolated to Outlook 2003 and not all of Win2K3. I can still cause of to happen by switching (clicking on) some other folder than Inbox in Outlook 2003 and then CRSS.EXE goes to 99 or 100% of the cpu for minutes. I don't see anything relevant in the Event Viewer. I don't want to repave my machine and re-install Win2K3. Hmm, Some people have also seen this CRSS spike problem with Win2K3.
