Hmm. this MSDN Connection program sounds good. I hear it might be coming to Israel real soon. Though I have to say, if someone does reach the “dedicated member” status, most of the things you get there, you probably already have, or find them unneeded. I think you should get some really cool stuff if you're at that level.
