Someone asked me about resources for learning to do test driven development and unit testing.

Darrell Norton has collected a nice set of resources on his blog. This is a great place to start.

I was thinking of suggesting a user group talk about unit tests and test driven development. What do you think? From my experience if the audience does not actually do this hands on while learning, it's very hard to “get” the mindset needed for test driven development, but I could be wrong..
