I have one of the original iPods, and was toying with the idea of moving to the new business-card sized iPod. Then, I read this article from Apple Insider about the 4th generation iPod. According to the article, it will sport a 50GB hard drive, a 2" color LCD (for displaying photos stored on the iPod - but what about video downloads?), and a video out (composite) connection. No word on one of my requests - a stereo or digital (optical, most likely) output so that you can easily hookup the iPod to your home AV system.
