So what do you do whaen you recieve a file attachement that oulook so cleverly blocked? Simply click “forward” on the mesage and the attachement will still be there, only it will be unblocked and you can save it.

Also, I remember some Outlook security add-in making the rounds some time ago that let you disable “security features” in outlook, file types locking among them. dang if I can find it now though..
