So, so many huge things happening but you'll have to wait 4-5 days for the press release-) Blogging time has been virtually non-existent but in the meantime,

• The biggest news for me, and the one directly impacting me as you'll soon see, is the continued evolution of http://www.pinvoke.net and more specifically, the wonderful, wonderful, useful Visual Studio .NET add-in from my bud Adam Nathan. Grab this one as this is a huge time-saver!!
• Another very useful tool is Dennis Bauer's  a little add-in called FileDisassembler for the new version of Lutz Roeder's .NET Reflector. Great stuff! I depend on Dennis' ASP.NET Version Switcher every day. 
• One hugely influential piece that will play into what we talk about next week is Eric Carter's Advice for Emerging Platforms. A must read.
• Joel has some screen shots of building Rotor Whidbey on the new Longhorn drop. Yes, that's isn't a typo: Rotor Whidbey.
• Speaking of building on that Longhorn drop, without the SDK release yet, it doesn't seem like I can do anything yet on the drop. The SDK doc is up but no bits yet. Am I missing something?
• Peter Huene on What's New in Whidbey for VC++ 
• It's somewhat amusing to read James take notes at a CLR presentation but if you can get around his usual rhetoric and politics, there is some great CLR info here and comparisons to Smalltalk
• New MSDN-TV on Generics, Generic Collections and other Generics fun [via Brad]
• Dare: RSS Bandit v1.2.0.112 Released
• John Lam on Constraints and Unit Testing
• SteveJS on Unmanaged Debugging vs. Managed Debugging vs. Mixed Debugging
• Greggm on Breakpoint Exceptions from the Heap

• Last, but certainly not least, congrats are in order for my pal Robert who will be doing two security talks at Win-Dev this year!
