I discovered this cool post by Jian Shuo Wang about Home Style+ to create a cartoon picture from a photograph.

My search on this product seems to result as a Japan only product and included with Office 2003.

Never heard about it before.
Does somebody knows if this product is available for the rest of the world ?

It seems that this works through Outlook and a wizard.
