For those who send electronic versions of their Office documents, you probably want to think about removing the hidden data before sending them. Microsoft released an add-in called rhdtool.exe that will get rid of all revision markup information as well as personal information stored inside Office documents. Just the thing for preventing your customer from discovering the initial draft of your proposal, or information from another customer's proposal that was copied and then edited.
