I'm getting ready to switch over to a new ISP, which will require a new block of IPs and a name server change at InterNIC (since I host myself out of my home office). Anyway, there shouldn't be any downtime associated with www.ddconsult.com, but if there is, please be patient and try again little later. My plan is to pull the switch on Wednesday night, so hopefully the name server change propogation will happen overnight and be mostly transparent.
