A few weeks ago I posted about the fact that I was leaving Match.com. At the time, unfortunately, I couldn't say much about where I was going or what I was doing. I apologize for baiting you. ;)

But, now that Rob has finally announced his plans publicly, I can also announce mine!

Rob first pulled me to the side back at DevDays, telling me about his plans to leave Microsoft and start his own company. He asked if I would be interested at all. Of course, I can't lie - I was ecstatic! Of course, I was interested!

After a few months of chatting about it over lunch, and a night out with our spouses to let them meet and chat, it was decided - I had to sign on!

And, with that I accepted a position with Telligent Systems as Chief Solutions Architect, leading up the solutions arm of the company. It's an extremely exciting opportunity to not only work with and for Rob, but to also help build something from the ground up. Many of us deal with frustrating environments, processes, management in our current jobs... this is a chance to do it right! With Rob's direction and much of the culture and experience he's bringing with him from Microsoft, and my experiences and best practices, it's sure to be a true success!

It's now been one week since signing on full-time, too. And, wow... talk about jumping in head first! We're already slammed with business and managing deadlines! What a great problem to have! And, like I mentioned before, the momentum just continues to build... it's insane!

So, keep an eye on the website - we'll be doing a public launch very soon!
