Ben Taylor, Snow Valley's Head of Development, crossed the Atlantic to attend TechEd 2004 in San Diego earlier this month. Snow Valley now have 30 online stores running on a Commerce Server 2002 based platform and Ben's main aim was to spend some time with the Commerce Server team, both to find out what's in the pipeline, but also to provide practical feedback on how UK retailers are using the product. Here, he summarises his activities and gives his views on the 2004 jamboree.
