It was only a matter of time before Hotmail increased their storage capacity.  Microsoft will be providing their "paying" customers with 2 gigabytes.  For people using the free service of Hotmail; our storage will increase to 250 megabytes, and we'll be able to send attachments up to 10 megabytes.  

Personally I haven't been sucked into the email storage hype.  Google and Yahoo have some great offers on the table, but Hotmail's new increase in storage (starting in July) should suffice.
