We had the second Cincinnati geek dinner last weekend. Nino showed up, Steve and Dave came down from Columbus, and Ed the president of a local software company hung out with us as well. It was nice to meet the guys from Columbus and I think Dave is going to organize a geek dinner up in Columbus that I will try and make it too. We started out at Skyline and eventually ended up at Watson Bros. for some drinks, I still have not found the perfect spot for the geek dinners... I think next time we will try BW3s.
Tentative Date for the next Geek Dinner is August 14th, I am going to try and start having it the second Saturday of the month and the fourth Thursday of the month. 2 geek dinners each month? Yeah, I have found that there are people who would show up during the week, but I also know alot of people who can only make it on the weekend due to travel. I will give it a shot in August and see how it works out.
