In case you didn't understand this cryptic three word post I posted days ago, the release of the SQL Server Express Documentation and Samples are more than enough to solve my issues and turn this to a strong recomend for early adopters to go ahead and use it now. It is now thoroughly usable for myself and early adopters. SqlCmd is documented and you can always use the databases via the Server Explorer UI in VS.NET 2005 Beta 1 and/or the Express products. I have been working with it quite a bit since the documentation and release and I have been able to do many useful things without running into any roadblocks. Of course, the power of Yukon on a small desktop version just blows away MSDE for good. There is a new Beta 2 coming out very soon but there is no need to wait - get going -  there is a lot of Yukon goodness here!
