I upgraded our company intranet site to the latest version of FlexWiki, looks like it’s got a new admin section to edit the settings for which you previously needed to mess around with the files. The older interface looked cooler than the new default one, but since it’s completely .css based you can pretty much hack it around to the way you like it.

We’re mainly using it as scratchpad for brainstorming new project ideas and also partly as a knowledgebase for helpdesk type of information. Is it a good idea to use wiki as a knowledgebase?
