I thought I would note some interesting service news/items that surfaced the last couple of weeks:
A new devices profile for constrained service endpoints was released .
Simon Guest released a new WSE 2.0 tracing tool . It seems to follow the KISS principle nicely.
IBM released an article that focused on some of the changes in the WS-I basic profile 1.1 from the 1.0 basic profile.
Oasis is completing additional security profiles for WS-Security. This work includes the Kerberos and SAML token profiles.
And of course the big news, we have seen our second big WS-* specification hit a standards body . Which one will be next? My guess.... WS-Policy .
