This is part 10 of a 10-part series I am writing on Agile Project Management, by Jim Highsmith.

Finally we come to the end of our exploratory journey in agile project management led by Jim Highsmith. The two questions we must ask ourselves are, “Are we delivering innovative products to our customers?” and “Are we excited about going to work today?”

If not, perhaps agile project management can help. Reliable innovation spurred on by exciting product visions. Project managers that bring out the best in their team rather than managers that bring out the worst in Gantt charts. The belief that people are more important than the process.
