VB won't be getting much beyond "rename" in the refactoring department. I doubt this will be very well received. It also sounds like no built in code snippet editing support, but that this functionality will be provided through some sort of power toy. (They did add some cool code snippet shortcuts) What I am more curious about is whether the code snippet support will be built into the C# side of things.

Before you freak out on these guys though, think about all the stuff they have gotten into the tool or this release. (E&C, Code Snippets, Tons of code editor features, Click Once, etc)
