This is how a minority can spoil it for the majority. A group of people who lie about being sales associates, are able to fool Microsoft with their sales associates credentials, win prizes for online training, and then sell the goods on eBay or to other local vendors. Why can't these people go out and apply this "creativity" to something worthwhile (not to mention legal)? What's worse is that they openly brag about how they steal. I hope the get what's coming to them.
