I will be presenting two sessions at VS Live San Francisco this year. The event takes place February 6-10. My two sessions are on the 8th and 9th (ASP track)

  • URL ReWriting: Best Practices and Practical Examples
  • Lessons Learned From Community Server

The CS session was an obvious choice. I have spent many hours over the last 2 years working on .Text and now integrating that work into CS. I was a little hesitant in submitting the UrlRewring abstract, but it is a topic many people have spent many hours working on. The goal here is to go over the various techniques and pitfalls. We will explore not only "how" you rewrite urls, but also understanding how parts of ASP.Net affect your choices.
