After being told that he would be fired at the end of the season, Dave Wannstedt decided to quit now and call it a resignation, rather than be fired. Dave assured EVERYONE that it wasn't all his fault, since RIcky did quit and he was 99% of the team's offense.
Well Dave, my question to you is ... what dumb ass would compile a team that would sink to 1-8 (and even worse) by losing a single player (albeit a star). Dave, you had an obligation to make sure that NO ONE INDIVIDUAL could sink the team (see New England every year ... they understand what TEAM means).
On a lighter note, I saw this hilarious link on Wanny on the Sun-Sentinel web site. Great stuff!
