Working on the last round of edits for my book today and the rest of this weekend. This is always an interesting part of the process because it is most likely the last chance I have to change anything before I see the pages in print. It makes it really hard to let a chapter go. I am sitting here with Chapter 1, I have read through it completely and really like it.... but its just hard to send that email. :)
This part of the process is also good because I get to really get a feel for how the book is going to turn out. During the writing process so much is going on and chapters are changing and being rearranged that it is hard to really get a good feel for the book. So far I really like the way it is turning out.
