Jason Perlow over on Microsoft Watch makes the suggestion that Microsoft should open source NT. I know its a fun/trendy/cool suggestion, but come on... NT is the base for all of Microsoft's operating systems. Releasing that as open source would uncover a horde of vulnerabilities akin to that scene in Ghostbusters when that asshole guy turns off the containment system.
