Back in my first post about the book I talked about people who contributed writing to the book, these were people who wrote a complete hack on their own. Another group of valuable contributors that I want to thank is the people who gave me permission to re-print their macro in the book or talk about their add-in or tool. All of these individuals went the extra mile and answered my questions about their tools and in some cases even reviewed what I wrote.
