Feed Description: The Samer I Warrior on battles with .NET
Since Microsoft has done an outstanding job at organizing this event, I wanted to give you a little bit of the favor here at TechEd. The herds here are moved with amazing efficiency. The thousands of people here are served breakfast and lunch buffet-style with live bands playing in the background and servers everywhere. Ushers direct us to empty tables and shortest food lines. All the caffiene, water, juice, and snacks one could possibly desire seem to be ubquitious. Each class room is manned by several media personnel ensuring audio and video integrity and that the speakers have no problems. I've been amazed at the quality of the keynote speakers who seem to be very moving and inspiring. Today for example, Scott Charney, Chief Security Strategist, spoke to us without a single stumble and, though he himself never cracked even a hint of a smile (very weird), had the audience laughing quite a bit. He addressed many of the security concerns and fears of Microsoft users.
Microsoft's dedication to their customers is being expressed in many ways here. Many of the demands I've heard on blogs, from coworkers, and otherwise are being addessed.
I'm having a great time here and despite the fact that so far some of the talks today aren't quite as good as yesterday I think TechEd should make for a great learning experience.
